This is called Bright-capped Cisticola in the Kennedy guide. This is a very small bird with a very loud call! It sounds like pweeeiiit pweeeiiit. Most of these pictures were taken in Pampanga. But this bird is also in Alabang. The photo with the blue background is of the bird in Alabang. Two were spotted sitting on the electric line. It is common in drier grasslands and ricefields and is perches in the open.
