This is an uncommon endemic. It measures about 19" long. We saw it in the forest, hiding in the branches. We were with the guide Ryan.
We saw this bird again in PICOP, Bislig. There were several of them moving about in a tree. They would usually hide in the branches, with only the beak or part of the face visible.
