This bird is described as a rare migrant in the Kennedy guide. The Kennedy guide describes the behavior as "stays low in understory of forest or scrub foraging slowly".
There was one that was seen in the grounds of a zoo in February 2018. We weren't able to see it. This one that we saw in September 2018 was on a fence and was repeatedly flying down into the long grass behind the fence. It looked long and thin when it was flying from tree to tree. There were a lot of photographers that went out to see this bird attracting the attention of the University students.
