This is called Drongo Cuckoo in the Kennedy guide. This bird is a Philippine endemic. It was recently split from the Asian Drongo-Cuckoo that we saw in Palawan. We were wondering why Nicky made a big fuss over this bird. Good thing we took pictures anyway!
