This is a Philippine endemic. We saw several of them while on a bird trip to Caylabne with the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines. We initially thought it was a Crow or a Starling, but Pres. Mike of WBCP identified it as a Blackish Cuckooshrike. It is smaller than a crow and doesn't have the red eyes of an Asian Glossy Starling.
