This is an uncommon endemic. There was one grove of bamboos where Nicky saw it before. It was not near our camp, so our only opportunities to see it were on our way up to and down from the camp. It has an orange rufous base and dark brown tip on the tail. This is probably the worst picture in our list but hopefully we will encounter this bird again one day and get another chance to take a better shot.
