This is a Philippine montane endemic that we first saw in Mt. Kitanglad, Bukidnon.
The picture is from our second trip to Mt. Kitanglad with Nicky Icarangal and our son Franco. We saw it in front of the lodge in a mixed flock of White Eyes, Verditers, Elegant Tits, and Little Pied Flycatchers. It is 6" long.
