Bird # 479 - April 2014 This is found in mid-mountain and montane forest above 1000m. We saw 2 owls and heard at least 3 owls. We also heard Giant Scops Owl and Everett's Scops Owl calling.
The local guide Blackie said he hadn't heard the Mindanao Scops Owl calling so frequently before. We even heard one calling in the afternoon.
