We first saw this bird in Coastal Lagoon. It is identified by its green legs and is about 9 1/2 inches long. Oftentimes, it's hard to tell that the legs are green, they look more yellowish. The first time we saw it though, there were a lot of experienced birders who positively identified the birds.
