This is a small stint. The more common Long-toed Stint also and the rare Temminck's Stint both have yellow legs. The Temminck's Stint has no streaking. Its plumage is described as "dull and lacking contrast"
We saw the Temminck's Stint in the same general area as the White-cheeked Starling! Two rare birds in one morning, thanks to Richard Ruiz.
