We first saw this in Narra Park, Alabang. We identified it by the yellow patch on the rump, plus the behavior of staying near water streams. The Grey Wagtail and Yellow Wagtail look very similar. This is the description of the Grey Wagtail in the Kennedy guide: "has a uniform grey head and back, olive yellow rump, white wing patch, more slender body, longer tail, and different habitat. ..."
