This is called Golden-bellied Flyeater in the Kennedy guide. This is a very small yellow bird that is pale yellow below and olive brown above. Despite its small size, it has a very very loud, high-pitched song with a catchy melody that sounds sort of "out of tune". We first saw this bird on the tops of some trees along one of the main roads in our neighborhood. We did not associate the catchy tune with this bird until other more experienced birders identified the call to us at a later birding trip.
