We first saw this small bird on Mt. Kitanglad. It very common and very plentiful in Mt. Kitanglad. They would fly around in flocks and looked and sounded very similar to the Lowland White-eyes.
They are found at 1000 meters elevation and above.
White or greyish white lower breast and belly.
